Staying in a private family villa offers luxury accommodation at an affordable price.

The rates quoted are per week for our villa and are not per person.

We offer a discount for guests who would like to stay more than 2 weeks.

We accept payment in Sterling, Euros or US Dollars,

and also accept credit card payments through PAYPAL.

The price includes all linen, towels, cleaning and local phone calls.

Paypal payments are subject to a 3.25% fee but this fee is waived for booking deposits.

For bookings of 6 days or less a cleaning surcharge of £50/€70/$110 applies.

A deposit of £100/€150/$175 per week (Non-Refundable) is required to secure your booking.

A security deposit (Refundable) of £200/€250/$300 taken with the final payment. This is refunded no later than 2 weeks after your return from your holiday.

Pool heating is optional at £12//€15/$20 per night. Please let us know at the time of booking if this is required.
